The upper is more breathable than I expected for a synthetic leather shoe, and the carbon fiber plate gives a noticeable spring during lateral movements. My last match felt quicker on hard courts, though they're a bit snug out of the box.

That carbon fiber plate really makes a difference on quick direction changes — feels like I'm getting an extra push on every step. The synthetic leather upper also held up well during a three-hour match without any discomfort. My footwork feels noticeably sharper out there.
