I've been wearing these on packed dirt trails and the 5 mm lugs give me way more grip than my old trail shoes. The lateral TPU frame keeps my foot stable over uneven ground, so no rolled ankles so far. A solid upgrade for my weekly park runs.

Took these on a gravel loop by the river and the lateral TPU frame kept my footing stable over loose rocks without feeling stiff. The 5mm lugs gripped packed dirt like a champ, and they stayed comfortable the whole 6 miles.

I was worried the 5mm rubber lugs would feel clunky on pavement, but they handled the transition from park paths to packed dirt without any issues. The cushioning is just right for longer runs.
